An unexpected hardware failure occured during the scheduled Server Upgrade. The disk array controller suddenly failed and took the whole array along with it. The array contained the Operating System and web hosting applications.

Our engineers are currently rebuilding the environment from another server and re-configuring each Java Zone. We do not have an ETA yet, but we're hoping to have the server back online by 7:00AM EDT.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We are doing our best to restore the service as soon as possible.
